I was greeted by a very courteous receptionist, checked in quickly, and seen promptly. The attending medical professional was amazing walking through my medical record, listening to my needs and concerns, and connected me to mental health support immediately as I was called as soon as I got home to set up an appointment. Finally someone who understood the urgency of being connected to mental health professionals without weeks months and years of delay.

My visit with Mrs Paula Moon was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable and she took the time to listen and address my concerns. I liked that she talked through the whole procedure. She had a beautiful aura which helped me to not be nervous. I enjoyed my first visit. The staff and the receptionist were all very pleasant. All around 10/10. I'm glad I made the switch.

I am very proud to say this is my doctors office. I recommend them to anyone who asks!! Dr. Moon is the kindest and most sincere doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by. She really cares about her patients!! When I come in, she remembers what we’ve discussed and she seems to take genuine interest in how I’m doing both mentally and physically. Their in house lab work is also a dream. The phlebotomist is a GOD SENT. She makes the process of a blood draw so painless and fast. I can’t say enough good things about this office. From the staff to the environment, it truly takes the fear and pain out of going to the doctor.

They set the bar that all medical offices should follow. They always answer the phone, you can make online appointments easily, the staff is professional and courteous. They offer in office laboratory for quickness and convenience. They listen to the patients concerns and offer compassionate advice. They make it so easy to make appointments and actually see you when you are sick right away and standard appointment's within a few days. My experience with many other providers take months to get an appointment which is useless. Follow up appointments are set before you leave the office, as well as prescriptions called into your pharmacy including any referrals. Quick, compassionate, convienent, common sense, and straight forward practices. They are incredible.
